  • Apartment Turnover Specialist: Prepare apartments for new tenants with thorough cleaning and minor maintenance tasks.
  • Exterior Property Maintenance Specialist: Ensure the exterior and common areas of properties are clean and well-maintained on a weekly basis.
  • Interior Painting Specialist: Perform high-quality interior painting to refresh and renew apartment units.
  • Lawn Care and Tree Removal Specialist: Provide expert lawn care, tree removal, and other grounds maintenance services.

Qualifications

Experience in the cleaning industry and in the groundskeeping industry is preferred. 

Must have experience as a 1099 independant contractor, and provide a W-9 form before beginning work.
